Description of objectthank you for the interest in our lovely penthouse apartment which is located in Spinola Bay in St Julian’s. The seafront is just 200m away from the apartment.This lovely penthouse has two large outside sunny terraces and is located in a quiet but central area in St Julian's. St Julian’s is one of the largest touristic areas in Malta and is therefore suitable for tourists of all ages. This penthouse has 2 terraces, one facing South South West (the big terrace) and one (smaller one) facing North North West. Thus this penthouse is blessed by a lot of light and nice warm sun shine all day. A nice Gas BBQ, table, chairs, and deckchairs compliment this property to make full use of its outside terraces. This penthouse has a wonderful layout with a central combined kitchen-dining-sitting room. This room has big windows and gets lots of light all throughout the day. The main bedroom is at the back of the property and has a balcony/terrace overlooking the Portomaso residential and upmarket shopping complex. This terrace gets sun in the morning. The second bedroom is in the central part of the apartment and has 2 single beds. At the front of the property there is an extra sitting room / 3rd bedroom, which leads to the front big terrace. This room has digital TV and WIFI internet. The penthouse has a bath and also a shower room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, air-conditioning, heating and fans. This penthouse is easily reachable by bus or taxi from the airport and Seaport. The block is served by lift but at the entrance there is a flight of stairs and another one just before the penthouse door. This this penthouse is not suitable for persons that find it difficult to go up 20 steps. The busses are very frequent and go directly to all major tourist attractions. St Julian's is also full of life all year round. Here you will find bars, restaurants, nightclubs (Paceville - Malta's best nightlife area is just 400m away from this penthouse), Alfresco restaurants, variety of international restaurants, etc. The closest sandy beach is St Georges Bay and it is only 10 min on foot away. The best sandy beaches are 20-30 minutes by bus away. The big supermarkets are just round the corner while the a little mini market in the same street (less than 30m away) makes it so convenient to get all the daily needs with no stress! Location of objectThis apartment is 10 min on foot to Paceville and 10 min on foot to Sliema.The Sliema ferries are about 20 min away. At Sliema ferries there are many boats that do various cruises around the Maltese Islands and especially to the Blu Lagoon in Comino. Town: Malta, St Julians, St Julian`sRelaxing day and night lifeSt Julians has a very long promenade. The promenade is one of the island’s most popular, and a leisurely walk along it will take you to Sliema. On the way, be sure to stop by one of the many restaurants and cafés for a true taste of typical Mediterranean living as you watch the world go by. Busses pass frequently as St Julians and make it easy to get around the island. Night life – PACEVILLE Paceville is Malta’s busiest entertainment district, and this penthouse is located just five minutes’ walk away from it. SWIMMING The St Julian’s coastline is the ideal swimming spot in Malta, and locals love jumping from the rocks for a swim in the crystal clear Mediterranean waters. Rocky beaches are dotted along the promenade and make for great swim pit-stops as you explore the area; most of them are within 15 minutes’. And, if you prefer to feel sand between your toes, you’ll find that St George’s Bay is the perfect place to locate it, and that this beach is also within easy walking distance of the hotel. Alternatively, if you fancy something a little more far-flung, Malta’s most popular sandy beaches, including Mellieha Bay and Ghajn Tuffieha in the north of the island, are just a 30-minute drive away. Price for Extra guest is 10 euros per person. • On arrival, we require a deposit against damages of ¤50 per person. The rest is refunded to the guests before they leave the apartment after property inspection. • There is a National Environmental Contribution Tax of ¤0,50 per person per day (up to a maximum of Euro 5,00 per person per stay) that is also payable on arrival. • The apartment can be used only for residential purposes. • No smoking inside the flat. • No pets. • No parties, events or loud noise. Utilities Consumption Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week 200 kWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumption references for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumption: ¤0.42 per kWh for electricity and ¤8.60 per cubic meter for water. The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay. Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity.
